Mounds View, Minnesota, was held at the Village Hall in said Village
March 22, 1965, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., with the following members present:
Hodges, Blanchard, La Vague, Rustad, .alvin
and the following members absent: none
The Clerk presented affidavits of publication of notice of
the New Brighton Bulletin and in the Commercial West, published at
Minnesota. Said affidavits were examined, approved and ordered filed
At the hour of 8 :30 o'clock P.M., the Mayor announced that
was open for the purpose of receiving and considering sealed bids for the purchase
of $1,860,000 Improvement Bonds of 1965 of the Village, and the Clerk announced
bidh for said bonds, which upon being opened
