WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted October iii, IJ6J the special assessments
for the construction of Area later Ic.pi•ovement iSUi -1 and iJti -•2
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein.
AND WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
Of Mounds View, that the assessments for Area slater Improvement i:,6J -i and :,so-2
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting

and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments
for Aran Water improvement i 0tiJ -i and 133J -2 because of the conveyance
of or replatting of certain properties.

AND WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
