Motion by:
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Ccuncil
of Mounds View, adopted October 1s. 1960 the special assessments
for the construction of Area Water Im ove
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
List made a part herein.
AND WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
of Mounds View, that the assessments forArea Water IeDroveasn% 198Q 1, 1Q4O -.2
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting

at 8:00 P.M. with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments
fozArea water Improweent 1960 -1 and 1960 -2 because of the conveyance
of or replatting of certain properties.
