N. of Jct. T.H. 10 and T.H. 8 to So. Corp. Limits and WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. 6284 39 (T.H. 35W -394), 6285 -44 (T.H. 694=393) and WHEREAS said special provisions are on file in the :.fficc cf the Department of Highw s Sain Paul Minne ota, being marked, labeled, and S.P. 39 T.H. 5W094 Minn. Pro I 35W 3 2 116 identified as K. 94F993 Minn_ p r o T A 9 4 4 off, which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1964, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improvemenf of Trunk Highway Number renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 94 and aver to -wit: WHEREAS copies of said pans and special provisions as so marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and WHEREAS the term "said plans and special provisions" as herein- after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described.
