WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted O ctober 14, 1960 the special assessments
for the construction of AJea water Improvement 1960 -1 and 1960 -2
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein.
AND WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
of Mounds View, that the assessments fororea water Improv®ent 1960 -1 and 1960 -2
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.
