EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
in said Village on onday Sept. T3

The Clerk announced that assessments for Street and Water
Impror►.ement No. 1964 -1 and Street and Water Improvement No. 1964 -2
had been prepared. After consideration of said assessments, member
Blanchard introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENTS FOR STREET AND
WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1964 -1 AND STREET AND
WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1964 -2 AND CALLING A HEARING
THEREON.
BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of
Mounds View, Minnesota, as follows:
(1) The special assessments heretofore prepared by the Clerk
for Street and Water Improvement No. 1964-1 and Street and
Water Improvement No. 1964 -2 are hereby approved and ordered filed in
the office of the Village Clerk; and
(2) This Council shall meet at the time and place specified in
the form of notice hereinafter contained for the purpose of
conducting a public hearing on said assessments, and the Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to cause notice of said meeting to be mailed to
the owners of the property to be assessed and to cause the following
notice to be published in the official newspaper of the Village at least
once, not later than two weeks prior to said meeting, which notice shall
be in substantially the following form:
