OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was

The Clerk announced that assessments for Street and Water
Impremement Ma. 1964 -1 and Street a>:d Wdter Improvement No. 1964 -2
had been prepared. After consideration of said assessments, member

adoptions
RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENTS FOR STREET AND
WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1964 -1 AND STREET AND
WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1964 -2 AND CALLING A HEARING

8L' IT RIVED By the Village Council of the Village of
Mound' View, Njnneaota, as follows:
(1) The special assessments heretofore prepared by the Cletk
for Street and Water Improvement No. 1964 -1 and Street and
Water Improvement Mo. 1964 -2 are hereby approved and ordered filed in
the office of the Village Clerk; and
(2) This Council shall meet at the time and place specified in
the Sore of notice hereinafter contained for the purpose of
conducting a public hearing on said assessments, and the Clerk is hereby
suthotisad and directed to cause notice of said meeting to be mailed to
the owners of the property to be assessed and to cause the following
notice to be published in the official newspaper of the Village at least
once, neat latee,� than two weeks prior to said meeting, which notice shall
be in substantially the following forces

Blanchard introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
