name of persons authorized to transact financial business in behalf

Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resoltuion 20tr approvin g
assessments for street and water improvement 1964 -1 mild 1964 -2 and to
set an assessment hearing for October 4, 1965 at 8:00 P.M.
at the Village Hall. Seconded by Hodges. a 5 Ayes..
Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resoltuion 11 2111,8approving
agreement regarding re- investment of $200,000 Federal Intermediate Credit
Banks debenture. Seconded by La Vaque. 5 Ayes.
