adoption:
A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN WATER ASSESSMENTS ON PROPERTIES
LOCATED IA THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW.
WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that the following assessments
for Area Water Improvement 1960 -1 and 1960 -2 have been levied against the following
described property in the Village of Mounds View and such assessment should be
abated as follows:
Part of Lot 32, Block 3, Pinewood Terrace in the amount of $10.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the above described assessment be
abated in the amount of $10.00.
The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this
resolution to the County Auditor for abatement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Member /jl and upon a vote being taken the following members voted in favor
thereof:
