VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County by
resolution dated August 23, 1965 classified as non conservation land certain parcels
lying within the limits of the Village of M unds View, and
WHEREAS, a certified copy of the classification resolution together
with a list of the land classified has been submitted for approval of the classification
and sale of the land classified in accordance with MSA, Section 282.01, sub. 1;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the classification of the land
described herein on said list as non- conservation land and the sale thereof be and
hereby is approved;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Clerk be and hereby is
authorized to file a certified copy of this resolution in the Office of the Land
Commissioner.
