VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE TAX LEVY FOR THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
TO BE COLLECTED IN 1966.
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a specia] meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the
Village Hall in said Village on the 4th day of October, 1965 at 8:00 P.M.
with the following members present:
Rusted, Blanchard, La Vaque, Malvin
and the following members absent: Hodges
Member Alanchard introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption.
WHEREAS, The Village Council of the Village of Mounds View at its

.dget meeting has determined that the following tax levy should be
ertified to the Ramsey County Auditor, that its tax levy for 1966
collectable in 1966 shall be as follows:
TOTAL $50.552.94

VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
General Fund 45.670.97
P.E.R.A. 3.598.97 Civil Defense 1.283.00
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Member La Vaque and upon a vote being taken the
following members voted in favor thereof: Blanchard, Rustad, La Vaque, Malvin
and the following members voted against the same: None
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

I. the undersigned being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Mounds View, Minnesotad, do hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting
the Village Council of said Village held on the date therein indicated
th the original minutes thereof on file in my office and that the same
a full true and correct transcript thereof and in so far as said minutes
relate to a certification of the tax levy for the year 1966.
WITNESS my hand officially and the official seal of the Village
this day of October, 1965.

ASSESSMENTS
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW MA #48 49
I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY
that attached hereto is a true and correct copy of the roll of
assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvements; that said assess-
ments were prepared and submitted to and ordered filed by the
Village Council of said Village at a meeting thereof held on
Monday, September 7, 1965; that at all times thereafter said
assessments were on file in my office and open to public inspec-
tion until said assessments were (amended) (confirmed) and adopted
by a resolution adopted by the Village Council on Tuesday, October
4, 1965, after a hearing held upon due notice and otherwise as
required by law.
WITNESS my hand as -aid Clerk and the official seal of
said Village this 4th day of October 1965.
