WHEREAS, Tact Village of Mounds View and the Board 01 Water Commis
of the City of St. Paul have entered into an agreement, a eupy ui which is att,.:∎.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Mayor and the Clerk be auto
to execute said agreement wherein the parties thereto agree Lu be bound by the Ger..,,

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing rebulutlon was dull
seconded by Member Malvin and upon a vote being taken the following membe
voted in favor thereol: Rustad

whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
