list made a part herein.
AND WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE V

to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted October 14, 1960 the special assessments
for the construction of AREA WATER IMPROVEMENT 1960 -1 and 1960 -2
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein.
AND WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
of Mounds View, that the assessments for AREA WATER IMPROVEMENT 1960 -1 and 1960 -2
