Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the Village Hall
in said Village on the 8th day of November 7965 at 8:00 p.a. with the following members
present: Rustad, Malvin, LaVaque
and the following members absent: Blanchard an Hodges

EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VTRW, MINNESOTA
Ms.aber Malvin introduced the following resolution and aoved
A RESOLUTION ABATING TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS ON CERTAIN
PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW.
WHEREAS, The village council has determined that all taxes and
all assesemeats levied against the following described property in the Village of
Mounds View should be abated:
Property Identification 60 0410 030 20
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED that all taxes and all assessments
levied against the above described property be and hereby are abated.
The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this
resolution to the County Auditor for abatemeat.
The motiea for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
aeceaded by Meaber LaVague and upon a vote being taken the following members voted is
favor thereof: Rustad, LaVaque and Malvin
and the following members voted agaiaat the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
