Motion by: L. J. Blanchard
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted October 19. 1961 the special assessments
for the construction of Lateral Water service Water Improvement 1960 -3
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein.
AND WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE OOUNCIL
of Mounds View, that the assessments f or Lateral Water service Water Improvement
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified 1960 -3
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

AND WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
