WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted October 4, 1965 the special assessments
for the construction of sanita s ewer M.A. #47
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein.
AND WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE OOUNCIL
of Mounds View, that the assessments for Sanitary Sewer M.A. #47
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully

and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments
for sanitary s ew er M.A. #47 because of the conveyance
of or replatting of certain properties,
