EXTRACT CF MINUTES CF MEETING
CF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL CF THE
VILLAGE CF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuer.'. to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the
Village Hall in said Village on the 14th day of February, 1966 at 8:00
p.m. with the following members present: Rustad, Blanchard, Lang,
Malvin and Johnson
and the following members absent: None
Member Blanchard introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN WATER ASSESSMENTS ON PROPERTIES
LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE CF MOUNDS VIEW.
WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that the following
assessment for Lateral Water Improvement 1960 -3 (MA #37) has been
levied against the following described property in the Village of
Mounds View and such assessment should be abated as follows:
Ex. Long Lake Road and Ex. W 2112° and Ex. N 198° of S 1620°
of E 220° of W 2640.55 the N 405° of S 1620° of NEL1 of Sec 6,
T 30, R 23.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above described
assessment be abated in the amount of $1,212.00.
The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate
of this resolution to the County Auditor for abatement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Member Lang and upon a vote being taken the following
members voted in favor thereof: Blanchard, Rustad, Lang, Malvin, Johnson
and the following members voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have

meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on the date therein
indicated with the original minutes thereof on file in my office and
that the same is a full, true and correct transcript thereof insofar
as said minutes relate to a resolution abating certain water assessments
on properties located in the Village of Mounds View.

were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein.
AND WHEREAS, the above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNIL
of Mounds View, that the assessmenth for Sanitary Sewer MA 447
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramhey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached liht, said list made a part herein.
