Village Council of the Village of Muunds View, Minnesota, was held at the Village
Hall in said Village on the 11th day of February, 1566 at 8:00 o'clock p.m. with
the following members present: Rustad, Blanchard, Johnson, Lang and Malvin
and the following members absent: None
Member Blanchard introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN AREA ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, the County of Ramsey has acquired certain properties lying
south of County Road H for the realignment of the Rice Creek channel, and
WHEREAS, area assessments in the amount of $1380.00 exist on said
property,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Attorney be authorized
to proceed to arrange for the removal of said assessments in the amount of
$1380.00.

Member Rustad seconded the foregoing resolution and upon
a vote being taken, the following members voted in favnr thereof: Rustad,
Blanchard, Johnson, Lang and Malvin
and the following members voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

of said minutes insofar as they relate to abating certain area assessments.

RESOLUTION 228
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AND APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE F'R THE BARD OF
TRUSTFES OF THE NORTH SUBURBAN SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT F'R THE YEAR 1966
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE /CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to Laws of Minnesota 1961, Extra Session
Chapter 90, Sec. 5, Subdivision 2, the Council of the Village /City of
Mounds View makes the following selection and appointment, to wit: That
Ingram Rustad is hereby appointed from among the members of the Council
of the Village /City of Mounds View as a member of the Board of Trustees
of the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District to serve on said Board of
Trustees of the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District during the year
1966 and until his successor is appointed and qualified. That before
commencing said service on said Board of Trustees, the said appointee
shall qualify for said service as required by law.
ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 7 DAY OF MARCH, 1966.
