EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING
OF THE VILLAGEAPOUNCIL OF THE

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
)f Mounds View, adopted .•.ct,uy.;,,4, !96 the special assessments
for the construction of ,pa ry ;;r 1= 47
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein`
AND WHEREAS, the above mentioned properties trIve been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
gist, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
)f Mounds View, that the assessments for Janitay Sewer ::r, Q 47
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

I, the undersigned being the duly qualified Village
Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes f a ting

insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments

A RESOLUTION TO THE VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON REQUESTING
STORE HEWER STUDY.
At a regular meeting of the Village of Mounds View held on the 14th
day of March, 1966 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the Village Hall located at 2401
Highway 10, New Brighton, Minnesota 55112: with the following members present:
Malvin, Blanchard, Lang and Johnson and the following member absent: Rusted.
Member Lang moved the following resolution:
WHEREAS, certain property lies within the Village of New Brighton
whe it ahata the Village of Mounds View near the junction of Long Lake Road
and Irondale Road and County Road H, and that said property by nature of its
topography creates a drainage problems over lands lying within the boundaries
of both villages,
NON, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of Mounds View that the Village of Mounds View hereby requests the Village of
New Brighton to authorize its Engineer to study a storm sewer project for that
area of County Road H lying between Long Lake Road and Irondale Road (now known
as Bona Road) to relieve the water problem caused by the run -off of waters from
certain properties located in the Village of New Brighton.
Member Johnson seconded the resolution.
Those in favor: Marvin, Blanchard, Lang and Johnson
those against: None
whereas the acting Mayor declared the resolution adopted the 14th day
of March, 1966.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village of
Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of said Village
held on the date therein indicated with the original minutes thereof on file in my
office and that the same is a full, true and correct transcript thereof insofar as
said minutes relate to a resolution to the Village of New Brighton requesting storm
sewer study.
