EXTRACT CF MINUTES OF MEETING
CF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the
Village Hall in said Village on the 14 day of March, 1966.
with the following members present: Malvin, Blanchard, Lang and Johnson
and the following members absent: Rustad
Member Blanchard introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN SEWER ASSESSMENTS ON PROPERTIES
OCATED IN THE VILLAGE CF MOUNDS VIEW,
WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that the following
assessment for Sewer improvement (MA #47) has been levied against the
following described property in the Village of Mounds View and such
assessment should be abated as follows:
Lot 15, Block 5, Twelve Oaks, Second Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above described
assessment be abated in the amount of $907.88.
The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate
of this resolution to the County Auditor for abatement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
4 econded by Member Malvin and upon a vote being taken the Following
members voted in favor thereof:
and the following members voted against the same:
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

that the same is a full, true and correct transcript thereof insofar
as said minutes relate to a resolution abating certain sewer assessments
on properties located in the Village of Mounds View.

assessment should be abated as follows:
Unplatted Lands Subj. to Hwy. the S 282 26/100' of Part
of E. 516 12/100' of NEM of NEM MY of widened STH 10/62
in 17 30 23.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the above described assessment
be abated in the amount of $91.47.
The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate
of this resolution to the County Auditor for abatement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Member Malvin and upon a vote being taken the following
members voted in favor thereof: 4
