EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
CF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the
Village Hall in said Village on the .2L_ day of March 1966,
with the following members present: Rustad, Blanchard, Johnson, Lang
Malvin
and the following members absent: None
Member pnatarl introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
A RESOLUTION ABATING CERTAIN SEWER ASSESSMENTS ON PROPERTIES
LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW.
WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined that the following
assessment for Sewer Improvement (MA 47) has been levied against the
following described property in the Village of Mounds View and such
assessment has been paid as follows:
Lot 6, Block 3, Twelve Oaks Date Oct. 29, 1965 Receipt 5640
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above described
assessment be abated in the amount of $908.12.
The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate
of this resolution to the County Auditor for abatement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Member Johnson and upon a vote being taken the following
members voted in favor thereof: 5
and the following members voted against the same:
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

I,the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village
of Mounds View, Minnesota do hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of Minutes of a meeting
of the Village Council of said Village held on the date therein
indicated with the original minutes thereof on file in my office and that
the same is a full, true and correct transcript thereof insofar as said
minutes relate to a resolution abating certain sewer assessments on
properties located in the Village of Mounds View.

this 21 day of March 1966.
