1F THE VILLAGE COUNCIL CF THE
V11 LAGE f M uNDS VIEW, MINMESr1A
Pursuant t- due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the
Village Hall in said Village on the 11 day of April 1966,
with the following members present:Rustad, Blanchard, Malvin, Lang and
Johnson
and the following members absent:
Member Blanchard introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
A RESCL ABATING CERTAIN SEWER ASSESSMENTS CN PROPERTIES
LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE OF M)UNDS VIEW.
WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined that the following
assessment for Sewer Improvement (MA 47) has been levied against the
following described property in the Village of Mounds View and such
assessment has been paid as follows: November 4, 1965, Receipt 5792.
Subj. to Eastwood the N. 1014' of S. 708 3/4' ,f
E. 528' of W. 2112' of NE% of Section 6
NOW, THEREFCRE, BE IT RES(LVED, that the abyve described
assessment be abated in the amount 51,700.26.
The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate
of this resolution to the County Auditor f r abatement.
The motion for the adoption cf the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Member Malvin and upon a vote being taken the following
members voted in favor thereof: Rustad, Blanchard, Malvin, Lang and Johnson
and the following members voted against the same:
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

cript thereof insofar as said minutes relate to a resolution abating
certain sewer assessments on properties located in the Village of
Mounds View.

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the
Village Hall in said Village on the _.1„1.. day of April 1966 with the

Member Blanchard introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
A RESOLUTION CORRECTING CERTAIN SEWER ASSESSMENTS ON PROPERTIES
LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW.
WHEREAS, THE Village Council has determined that the following
assessment for Sewer Improvement (MA 47) has been credited to
Code Number 59 0060 060 26 WHEREAS it should be credited to Code
Number 59 0060 030 29.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above described
assessment be corrected.
The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate
of this resolution to the County Auditor for correction.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
econded by Member Malvin and upon a vote being taken the following
members voted in favor thereof:Rustad, Blanchard, Malvin, Lang and Johnson
and the following members voted against the same:
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
