Village Hall in said Village of the 9 day of May, 1966 with the following
members present: Rusted, Blanchard, Lang, Johnson
and the following members absent: Malvin
Member Blanchard introduced the following resoltuion and
moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION CORRECTING CERTAIN SEWER ASSESSMENTS ON
PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE CF MGUNDS VIEW.
WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that the following
assessments for Sewer Improvement (MA# 47) has been credited to Code
`umber 59 0060 050 26 WHEREAS it should be credited to Code Number
i9 0060 060 26.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the above described
assessment be corrected.
The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate
of this resolution to the County Auditor for correction.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Member Lang and upon a mote being taken the
following members voted in favor thereof:
and the following members voted against the same:
whereupon said resolution was declated passes and adopted.

CAF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
MAYOR
t, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of
the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that
I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of said Village
held on the date therein indicated with the original minutes
thereof on file ih my office and that the same is a full;
true and correct transcript thereof insofar as said minutes
relate to the Mounds View Sanitary Sewer Interceptor and
Surface Water Drainage Project.
