WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
Mounds View, adoptedOetob aF i the special assessments
for the construction of tanItpsy Iaare.r Ma A7
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
made a part herein.
AND WHEREAS, the above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
of Mounds View, that the assessments for Sanitary Sewer Mk 1 47
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
o the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.
