Motion by: anchard
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resc'1,.tion of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted Mr+ 4, 196r1 the special assessments
for the construction of Sanitarv'Sew9r M.A. 47
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein.
AND WHEREAS, the above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
of Mounds View, that the assessments for Sanitakv Sewer MA 47
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

I, the undersigned being the duly qualified Village
Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting
of the Village Council of said Village held on .Irma 20 1966
t 7:00 .._p.m. with the original thereof on file in my office,
insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments
for Sanitary Sewer MA 47 because of the conveyance of or
replatting of certain properties.
