WHEREAS, Tâ–ºUE Village of. Mounds View has obtained the Commissioner's Approval
of the plans for the following Municipal State-Aid Street Projects:
M.S.A.P. 46- 228 -03
Location: Red Oak Drive from T.H. 10 to Hillview Road plus
Ilillview Road from Red Oak Drive to T.H. 8
Consisting of Bituminous stabilized base, bituminous wearing surface,
'roadside development and drainage.
M.S.A.P. 46- 229 -02
Location: Quincy Street from County Road H-2 to Nillview Road
Consisting of Same
M.3.A.P.`46- 230 -02
Location: Knollwood Drive from County Road .11 to Woodale Drive plus
Groveland Road from T.H. 10 to Arden Avenue'
Consisting of Same
M.S.A.P. 46- 231 -01
Location: Edgewood Drive from County Road H to County Road H -2.
Consisting of Same
AND, WHEREAS, said Village is prepared to proceed with the construction of
said projects by providing local funds to supplement the available funds in
its Municipal State -Aid Street Account.
WHEREAS, repayment of the funds so advanced by the municipality is desired
in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 309, Laws of 1963.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Commissioner of Highways be and is
hereby requested to approve this basis for financing said construction projects
and to authorize, repayments from the subsequent accruals to the Construction
Account of Municipal State -Aid Street Fund for said Village, within the
limitations provided by law and at the times and in the amounts as herein
indicated.
On or after Feb. 1, 1967 $27,291.00 from 1967 Allotment
On or after Feb. 1, 1968 $27,291.00 from 1968 Allotment
On or after Feb. 1, 1969 Balance from 1969 Allotment

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That any funds becoming available to said
Village in the Maintenance Account be transferred to the Construction
Account for the years 1967, 1968 and 1969 to be used by said Village for
financing the above Construction Projects.
I, L. J. Blanchard, duly appointed and qualified Clerk in and for the
Village of Mounds View, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the
above is a true and full copy of a resolution duly adopted by the Village
Council assembled in special session on the 5th day of July, 1966.
