Motion by Rustad to concur with the building inspector's recommendations and grant variance requested at 2318 Knoll Drive, subject to receipt of proper fees and papers. Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes. Motion by Malvin to renew the building permit for the Skelly Oil Company at County Road H and Highway #10. Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes. 4 variance request for a ten foot rear yerl set back for the Tom Thumb .arket at County Road H -2 and Knollwood was denied. The Engineer presented a report on bids taken July 18, 1966. Motion by Malvin to concur with the Engineer's recommendations and award the bid on Street Improvement Project 1966 -7 to low bidder, Dunkley Surfacing in the amount of $98,443.00. Seconded by Rustad. 4 Ayes. Motion by Rustad to concur with the Engineer's recommendations and award the bid on Street Improvement Project 1966 -8 to low bidder, C. S. McCrnssan, Inc. in the amount of $124,721.02. Seconded by Lang. 4 Ayes. The Engineer presented a change order for Project 1966 -5. Motion by Rustad to approve change order #2 for Project 1966 -5 and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute it. Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes. The above action in no wa} relinquishes the Village's right of way on the property involved. Motion by Malvin to allow Comstock Davis Engineers to do survey work for Blanski Corporation and V. H.
