July 25 1966
CHANGE IN:
Motion by: Blanchard
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted October 14 1960 the special assessments
for the construction of Area Water Improvement 1960 -1 and 1960 -2
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein.
AND WHEREAS, the above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
of Mounds View, that the assessments for M. A. 34
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached lift, said list made a part herein.

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds
View, Minnes'ta was held at the Village Hall in said
Village on the 25th day cf July, 1966 at 8:00 p.m. with
the fc11owing members present :Rustad, Blanchard, Johnson, Malvin, Lang;
and the fLllowing members absent: None
Member Blanchard introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption.
A RESCLUTI )N ABATING ASSESSMENTS LN PROPERTY LL.CATED
IN THE VILLAGE LF MOUNDS VIEW.
WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined that
assessments have been levied against the following described
prcperty in the Village of Mounds View and all assessments
should be abated on the following property:

(County Road H)
Easement left by Division #36116
(Arden Avenue)

(Arden Avenue

NSW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that all assessments
be abated cn the abcve described property.
The Village Clerk shall fcrthwith transmit a certified
duplicate cf this resolution tc the County Auditor for
abatement.
The motion fcr the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Member Johnson and upon a vote
being taken the following members voted in favor thereofs
Rustad, Blanchard, Johnson, Malvin, Lang and the following
members voted against the same* None
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted
