EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING
OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLA CF M dJNOS VIEW HELD ON
September 12. 1966
Motion by: Blanchard
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted 1959 the special assessments
for the construction of Street Improvement Edgewood Drive
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein.
AND WHEREAS, the above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
of Mounds View, that the assessments for "'tic qq

to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted October 14, 1960 the special assessments
for the construction of Water Improvement M.A. 34
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein.
AND WHEREAS, the above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
of Mounds View, that the assessments for Water moroveenent M_A. 34
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached lift, said list made a part herein.
