Pursuant to dee call and notice thereof a special meeting cf
the Village C Nuncil ,f the Village 3f Mounds View, Minnesota was
held at the Village Hall ■n the 17, day of Jct)ber, 1966 at 7 :OOP.M.
with the fill wing members present: Rusted, Blanchard, JIhns n,
Lang and Malvin
and the fo11 wing members aosent: Nine
Member Blanchard hetr4uced the f ,11 wing resolution and moved
its adoption:
Be it resolved by the C uncil •f the Village of M'unds View
Minns to a s f ill ws:
FIN
That the C3unty Auditor of Ramsey C unty is hereby requested
and directed to reduce by $21,625.00 the taxes t' be levied f ox
collection in the next ensuring year for payment to the Sinking
Fund f)r the retirement of principal and interest on the Improvement
Bends. The total amount to be collected will be reduced from $56,600.00
to $34,975.00
The motion for the adoption of the above resolution was
duly seconded by Member Rusted and upon a vote being taken thereon,
the following members voted in favor thereof:
Rustad, Blanchard, Lang, Malvin and Johnson

whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.
