COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
At a regular meeting of the Village of Mounds View, held on the 12th
day of December 1966, at 8 :00 o'clock P.M., in the Village Hall, located at
2401 Highway 10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112, at which the following council
members were present:
and the following council members were absent:
Member moved for the adoption of the following
resolution:
A RESOLUTION CANCELLING AN ASSESSMENT ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the following described property has been acquired by the
Village of Mounds View for public street purposes, and
WHEREAS, there exists on said property assessments for public
improvements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the assessments on the road
easement over the North 1/2 of Lot 64, except the East 379.1 feet thereof,
of Auditor's Subdivision No. 89, be hereby cancelled.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of this resolution shall be
forwarded to the Ramsey County Auditor, and that the said Ramsey County Auditor
is hereby authorized to enter the said cancellation on the county records under
code number 59 -0410- 999 -64.
Member seconded the resolution.

whereupon the Mayor declared that the resolution was duly passed and
adopted this day of 1966.
