WPLEREAS,pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, Adopted Octnba.r 1ta 1088 the speeial assessment
for the construction of r_ D. Ofa
Wore levied against the attached list of described properties,said
list made a part herein.
AND WHEREAS, the above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFrRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF Mounds View, that the assessments for B_„p ss3
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list said list made a part herein.
