At a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds
View held on the 13 day of FEBRUARY 1967 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the
Village Hall located at 2401 Highway 10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112, the following
resolution was moved by Member Rustad
WHEREAS, the following described segment of Knollwood Drive and
Groveland Road in the Village of Mounds View, were previously designated as
M.S.A. streets, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined to be in the best interest of the
Village of Mounds View that that designation be revoked, and that the Minnesota
Department of Highways be so ordered,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that M.S.A. street, segment 230 on
Knollwood Drive from County Road H2 to Bronson Drive, on Bronson Drive from
Knollwood Drive to Groveland Road, and Groveland Road from Bronson Drive to
T.H. 10 be hereby deleted, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Minnesota Department of Highways be
so notified of this action.
Member Lang seconded the resolution, and those voting
in favor:
those voting against:
whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution to be adopted this 13 day of
FEBRUARY

I, the undersigned, the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village
of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY That this is a true and correct
copy of a resolution deleting segment 230 from M.S.A. road passed by the
Village Council on the 13 day of FEBRUARY
WITNESS MY hand officially and the official seal of the Village this
13 day of January 1967.
