VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW

STATE OF MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AND ESTABLISHING M.S.A. STREETS
IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW.
At a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds
View held on the 13 day of FEBRUARY 1967 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the
Village Hall located at 2401 Highway 10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112, the following
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View deems it
to be in the best interest of the Village to designate the following as a state
aid road, and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Highways should be notified of
this action and take the necessary steps to so designate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Ardan Avenue from Long Lake Road
to Spring Lake Road, located in the Village of Mounds View shall hereafter be
designated as a M.S.A. street, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Minnesota Department of Highways take
the necessary steps to complete this designation.
Member LANG seconded the resolution, and those voting
in favor: MAYOR RUSTAD, TRUSTEE LANG AND CLERK WALSER
those voting against: NONE
whereupon the Mayor declared the resolution to be adopted this 13 day of
FEBRUARY 1967.

I, the undersigned, the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village
of Mou,ids View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY That this is a true and correct
copy of a resolution designating and establishing M.S.A. streets in the
Village of Mounds View passed by the Village Council on the 13 day of
FEBRUA RY 1967.

13 day of FEBRUARY 1967.
