EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MBSTING
OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the Village
Hall in said Village on the 27th day of February 19 87 at g
with the following members present: Rusted, Walser, Johnson and Lang
introduced the following resolution and
A RESOLUTION GRANTING HIGHWAY EASEMENT TO THE COUNTY OF
RAMSEY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SILVER LANE ROAD.
WHEREAS, the Village of Mounds View has deemed it in the public
interest to dedicate to the County of Ramsey the following described right of way
for the extension of Silver Lake Road:
The West 32 feet of Lot 5, Block 9, of the recorded plat
of Twelve Oaks 2nd Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the Clerk be
authorized to execute a highway easement to the County of Ramsey, a copy of which
is attached hereto.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Member Johnson and upon a vote being taken the following
members voted in favor thereof: Rustad, Walser, Johnson and Lang
None
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I h.ve carefully compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of said Village
held on the date therein indicated with the original minutes thereof on rile in my
office and that the same is a full, true and correct transcript thereof insofar as
said minutes relate to a resolution granting highway easement to the County of Ramsey
for the construction of Silver Lake Road.
