COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ROLL
At a Special Meeting of the Council of Mounds View held at the
Village Hall, 2401 Highway #10, 81. Paul, Minnesota 55112. on the 1 day of
March, 1967 member MALVIN
moved:
WHEREAS, the assessment for concrete curb and gutters on Greenwood Drive
between County Road H and Woodale; Eastwood Road, Rainbow Lane, Brighton Lane,
Sunnyside Road, Red Oak Drive and Longview Drive, all between County Road
H and Woodcrest Drive were concidered at a hearing held on March 1, 1967,
and there being no objection thereto,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the above described assessments,
more fully set out on the accompanying assessment roll, are hereby adopted
and the Village Clerk is instructed to certify said assessment roll to the
Ramsey County Auditor, and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor is instructed to enter
said assessments to be levied over a ten year period at 67 interest commewcing
the 1st day of April, 1967.
