OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE

BHEREAS, pursuant. to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, Adopted the special assessR:.c
for the construction of
Bore levied against the attached list of described properties,said
list made a part herein.
AND WHEREAS, the above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF Mounds View, that the assessments for DIP .47
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list said list made a part herein.
