In October of 1966, when the M.A. #47 Sewer Assessment was certified, the
assessment for area on Parcel No. 59- 0060 030 -43 was incorrect. This was
brought to our attention and we calculated the new area assessment and wrote
a letter to Mrs. LaCasse who was the deputy clerk at that time.
This correction has never reached Firs. Brandl of the County Auditor's office.
She requires a resolution of the Village Council instructing her to change
the assessment.
Will you please give this matter your immediate attention so that the County
Auditor's records may be corrected. Here is the original M.A. 47 Assessment
for Parcel No. 59 -0060- 030 -43:

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village of Mounds
View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY tha I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held on the date therein indicated with the original minutes thereof
on file in my office and that the same is a full, true and correct transcript
thereof insofar as said minutes relate to a resolution correcting assessments
for M.A. 47.

EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the
Village Hall in said Village on the 10th day of April, 1967 at 8:00 o'clock
P. M. with the following members present:
Member WA1srr introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
A RESOLUTION CORRECTING ASSESSMENT FOR M.A. 47
WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that certain assessments
are to be corrected:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the following list of corrections
is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the
lands named therein, and each tract of land therein included is hereby
found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount of the
assessment levied against it.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Member Malvin

Lang
and the following members voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
