Mrs. Lidberg:
The M.A. #37 portion of Lot Split #36721 was not correct. The number (2)
parcel should have been assessed for 50 Lin. Ft. of the original frontage
assessment. It was incorrectly charged to parcel #3.
Here is a corrected M.A. 1137 Assessment for the following listed property.
(A) Knollwood Park E 200 ft. of Lots 89 90
(B) W 150 ft. of E 350 ft. of Lots 89 90

WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted 9.2041 the special assessments
for the construction of AB •27' •ili9.3
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein.
AND WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made.a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
of Mounds View, that the assessments for 02 127
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.
