Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in
said Village on the 24th day of April, 1967 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. with the following
members present:
and the following members absent:
Member l introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
A RESOLUTION ABATING ASSESSMENT FOR M.A.
WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined that the following assessments
were paid to the Village of Mounds View as evidenced by receipt numbers 6759 and
6761 and should be abated:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that abatements be made as follows:

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village
of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully compared the
attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of
said Village held on the date therein indicated with the original minutes thereof
on file in my office and that the same is a full, true and correct transcript
thereof insofar as said minutes relate to a resolution abating assessment for H.A.

Re: Mounds View P.P. 56
An abatement is requirel for a portion of D.P. 56 for Mr. Edwin A. Dropps,
1850 Woodale Drive, who;e necessarylegal description is the West 80 ft. of
the East 250 ft. of Lots 89 90, Knollwood Park.
Mr. Dropps was incorrectly assessed an area charge for the full area of his
lot, 80 ft. x 233 ft; however, the East 30 ft. had already been assessed
under D.P. 47, while under other ownership. Ir. Dropps was assessed $279.60
for an area charge on D.P. 56 and this should now be abated to $174.75,
which covers the West 50 ft.
Please prepare this abatement at your earliest convenience, as T.Y. Dropps
who pointed out this error to us is eagerly awaiting this correction.
