OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in
said Village on the 24th day of April, 1967 at 8 :00 o'clock p.m. with the following
members present:
and the following members absent:
Member introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
A RESOLUTION CORRECING M.A. 55
WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined that certain assessments are to
be corrected:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the following list of corrections is
hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named
therein, and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by
the proposed improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it.

Present Assessment- $279.60
Delete 119.42
Corrected Total $174.75
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Member I and upon a vote being taken, the following members voted in
favor thereof:
and the following members voted against the same:
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village of Mounds
View, Minnesota, DO HEREP7 CERTIFY That I have carefully compared the attached and
foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of said Village held
on the date therein indicated with the original minutes thereof on file in my office
and that the same is a full, true and correct transcript thereof insofar as said
minutes relate to a resolution correcting assessments for M.A. 56.
