This assessment split is a correction of the D.P. 156 Assessment sent you in
November 10, 1966 and recorded and sent to the County Auditor's as Res. No. 273.
Mrs Lewis, item B, has not yet been assessed for a sewer service althoug: she has
one. This will have to be done at a later date.
Please word your new resolution in such a manner that it revises and /or negates
Res. No. 273. This resolution should be put before the Council on the 8th if
possible and forwarded to the County Auditor's office immediately thereafter.

Motion by: Walser
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted 10 -10 -66 the special assessments
for the construction of D.P.56
were levied ajeinst the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein.
AND WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
of Mounds View, that the assessments for D.P.56
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

I, the undersigned being the duly qualified Village
Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting
of the Village Council of said Village held on May 8, 1967
at 8 P.M. with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments
for D.P. 56 because of the conveyance
of or replatting of certain properties.
