WHEREAS, THE Village of Mounds View has obtained the Commissioner's approval
of the plans for the following Municipal State -Aid Street Projects:
M.S.A.P. 46- 231 -02
Location: Edgewood Drive from T.H. 10 to County Road I
Consisting of Bituminous Stabilized Base, Bituminous Wearing Surface,
Roadside Development, and Drainage.
M.S.A.P. 46 -230 -03
Location: Groveland Road from Arden Avenue to County Road J
Consisting of Same
AND, WHEREAS, said Village is prepared to proceed with the construction of
said projects by providing local funds to supplement the available funds in
its Municipal State -Aid Street Account.
WHEREAS, repayment of the funds so advanced by the municipality is desired
in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 309, Laws of 1963.
AND, WHEREAS, advance encumbrance has already been requested and approved up
to, and including a portion of said Village's allotment for 1969.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Commissioner of Highways be and is
hereby requested to approve this basis for financing said construction projects
and to authorize repayments from the subsequent accruals to the Construction
Account of Municipal State -Aid Street Fund for said Village, within the limita-
tions provided by law and at the times and in the amounts as herein indicated.
On or after Feb. 1, 1969 Balance left after payment for 1966 projects
On or after Feb. 1, 1970 Entire Allotment
On or after Feb. 1, 1971 Balance from 1971 Allotment
I, R. A. Walser, duly appointed and qualified Clerk in and for the Village
of Mounds View, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the above is a
true and full copy of a resolution duly adopted by the Village Council
assembled in special session on the 13th day of March, 1967.
