of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the Village Hall in said Village
an the 12th da of Ju a 1967 at 8100 o'clock P.M, with the following members present:
Mayor Justad Clerk ;wiser, TrustneG 1.alvin, Johnson, and Lana.
and the following members absent: None
Member Austad introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION ABA'I:NG ASSESSMENT FOR M.A.
WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined that the following assessments
should be abated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following assessment be abated:
Property Identification 50 0410 999 34
Name of Owner Village of Mounds View
Property Description Auditor's Subdivision 89 road easement over emeept the
East 100 feet the North 103 feet of Lot 34
Type of Assessment Water Area Assessment
Amount to be Abated All
The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this resolution
to the County Auditor for abatement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Member Malvin and upon a vote being taken the following members voted in favor thereof:
and the following members voted against the same: A11 of the Council.
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

minutes relate to a resolution abating assessment for M.A.
