EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Vitlace Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the Village
Hall in said Village on the 26th day of June, 1967 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. with the
following members present: P. Malvin
R. Johnson
1. Rustad
and the following members absent: R. Walser, G. Lang
Member Malvin introduced the following resolution and moved
A RESOLUTION RECORRECTING ASSESSMENT FOR M.A. 47
WHEREAS, The Village Council has determined that certain assessments
are to be recorrected:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the following list of recorrections
is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands
named herein, and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be
benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against
The total assessment of $2,981.44 for M.A. 47 is hereby divided into
three parcels in Lot Division No. 36835 as follows:

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village of
Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of said Village
held on the date therein indicated with the original minutes thereof on file in my
office and that the same is a full, true and correct transcript thereof insofar as
said minutes relate to a resolution recorrecting assessment for M.A. 47.
