WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council
of Mounds View, adopted 1t -r 15,5 -3 the special assessments
for the construction of
were levied against the attached list of described properties, said
list made a part herein.
AND WHEREAS, The above mentioned properties have been
conveyed or replatted and are described according to the attached
list, and said list made a part herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
of Mounds View, that the assessments for *47
against the heretofore mentioned properties be correctly certified
to the Auditor of Ramsey County for further collection in the
amount stated on the attached list, said list made a part herein.

Clerk of said Village DO HEREBY CERTIFY That I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting

at 8 :00 P.M. with the original thereof on file in my office,
and the same is a full, t ~ue and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the changing of the assessments
for D. P. 47 because of the conveyance
