A RESOLUTION CORRECTING ASSESSMENT FOR M.A. 47
W HEREAS, The Village Council has

Nc!, TNEREFORE,!SE IT RESOLVED, That the following list of corrections
is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands
named herein, and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be
benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against
it.
1. Robert E. Trepanier and Twin City Federal
Savings and Loan Association
Except Lang: Lake' Road and except the
West 2112 ft., the North 202.5 ft. of the
South 1215 ft. of the NE 1/4 of Sec. 6.

Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the Village Council of said Village
held on the date therein indicated with the original minutes thereof on file in my
office and that the same is a full, true and correct transcript thereof insofar as
said minutes relate to a resolution correcting assessment for M.A. 47.
