VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW
COUNTY OF RAMSEY
STATE OF MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, was held at the Village Hall,
on the 27th day of September, 1967 at 8 :50 o'clock P.M. with the following
members present: Rusted, Malvin, Lang, Johnson, and Walser and the following
members absent: None
Member Malvin introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota,
as follows:
1. That there is now on hand in and is hereby irrevocably appropriated
to the sinking fund for the retirement of principal and interest on the following
improvement bonds the sum of $38,200.00:
Improvement bonds of 1966 $22,200.00
Improvement bonds of 1965 $11,800.00
Improvement bonds of 1963 $3,700.00
Waterworks Improvement Bonds October 1960 $1,000.00
Waterworks Improvement Bonds -May 1960 $19,500.00
That the County Auditor of Ramsey County is hereby requested and
directed to reduce by $38,200.00 the taxes levied for collection in the next
ensuing year for payment of the said principal and interest, pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, Section 475.61.
The motion for the adoption of the above resolution was duly seconded
by Member Lang, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following members voted
in favor thereof: Rusted, Malvin, Lang, Johnson and Walser
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the governing body
of the above municipality held on the date therein indicated, and that the same
is a full, true and correct copy of said minutes, insofar as the same relate to
the declaration of excess funds on hand in the sinking funds for the redemption
of the therein stated bonds and requesting a reduction in taxes therefor.
