WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined that the following
assessments should be corrected;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following assessment be
corrected:

Owner: Siwek Fuel Lumber Co.
Property Description: The North 390 feet of the following: Subject
to County Road I; part, W of Jackson Drive of the E 1/4 of the
NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 6, Township 30, Range 23.
Type of Assessment: Lateral Water Frontage
Original Assessment: $1,501.50
Corrected Assessment: $1,374.45
Net Correction 127.05 to be abated
The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of
this resolution to the County Auditor for correction.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was made by
