OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota was held at the
Village Hall in said Village on the 16th day of October, 1967 at 8 :00 o'clock
P.M. with the following members present: Rustad, Malvin, Walser, Lang and
Johnson
and the following members absent: None
Member Rustad introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION ABATING ASSESSMENT FOR D.P. 5S
WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined that the following assessments
should be abated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following assessment be abated:

Name of Owner Dropps and Goodroad
Property Description The South 97.5 feet lying East of the West 325 feet
of that part of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 6,
Township 30 North, Range 23 'test of the Fourth
Principal Meridan described as follows: Beginning
at a point 2112 feet East of the West line and 1042.5
feet North of the South line of said Northeast 1/4,
thence North parallel with the West line of said
Northeast 1/4 a distance of 172.5 feet, thence East
parallel with the South line of said Northeast 1/4
(to the East line of said Northeast 1/4) a distance
of 528.58 feet more or less, thence South along the
East line of said Northeast 1/4 a distance of 172.5
feet, thence West parallel with the South line of
said Northeast 1/4 to the point of beginning a
distance of 528.60 feet, more or less. Subject to
road over the East 33 feet thereof.
Type of Assessment Water and'Street Assessment
Amount to be Abated $660.00 the entire D.P. 53 assessment
The Village Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this
resolution to the County Auditor for abatement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Member Walser and upon a vote being taken the following members voted in favor
thereof: Rustad, Malvin, Walser, Lang and Johnson
and the following members voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held on the datetherein indicated with the
original minutes thereof on file in my office and that the same is a full,
true and correct transcript thereof insofar as said minutes relate to a
resolution abating assessment for D.P. 53.
